Saab Unit Shoots Down Army Camouflage Monopoly Claims

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 9:41 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit accusing Saab Barracuda LLC of manipulating prices of camouflage nets it sold the U.S. Army after a magistrate judge said rival GMA Cover Corp. had not supported its predatory pricing claims against the Saab unit.

U.S. District Judge Mark A. Goldsmith adopted the report, finding U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives had “reached the correct result for the correct reasons,” and said GMA could not appeal the decision because it hadn't objected to Judge Komives’ Feb. 8...
