Carolina Golf Club Operator Seeks Ch. 11 Relief

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 11:04 PM EST) -- The Cliffs Golf and Country Club, which operates several golf courses in North and South Carolina, filed for Chapter 11 protection Tuesday in South Carolina bankruptcy court.

Eleven affiliates of the resort, including CCHG Holdings Inc., filed concurrent petitions in the bankruptcy court. Cliffs Club & Hospitality Service Co. LLC listed between $1 million and $10 million in assets and between $100 million and $500 million in liabilities on its bankruptcy petition.
