Feds Said To Be Probing 2 Goldman Directors In Gupta Case

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 5:42 PM EST) -- Federal officials are probing two Goldman Sachs Group Inc. managing directors in connection with the government’s insider trading case against former Goldman director Rajat Gupta, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday.

David Loeb and Henry King are being investigated as part of the case, according to the newspaper, which cited unnamed sources familiar with the matter. The investigations focus on information about technology industry stocks that the pair may have provided to Goldman’s hedge fund clients, the report said.
