Apple Accused Of Violating Network-Essential Patents

Law360, Los Angeles (February 29, 2012, 4:54 PM EST) -- Germany-based Core Wireless Licensing Sarl slammed Apple Inc. with a patent infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Texas federal court, saying the company’s iPad and iPhone infringe eight Core Wireless patents essential to compliance with cellular network standards.
