Engineer, Architect Want Manhattan Condo Defects Suit Axed

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 8:52 PM EST) -- A consulting engineer and an architecture firm on Wednesday separately sought to nix indemnification claims against them in Waverly Properties LLC's breach of contract suit claiming three multimillion-dollar Manhattan condominium units were riddled with expensive and dangerous defects.
