NYC Developer Drops Bid To Force Out Building Investor

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 5:00 PM EST) -- A real estate developer has dropped efforts to force a minority interest holder in a 396-unit New York City apartment building to sell its stake, an attorney told a New York state judge Thursday.
