Sharp, Others Can Grill Ex-Dell Worker In LCD Cartel MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2012, 8:28 PM EST) -- A California federal judge ruled Thursday that Sharp Corp., Toshiba Corp. and others could depose a former Dell Inc. employee in Dell's antitrust suit against them, part of multidistrict litigation alleging the electronics makers conspired to artificially inflate prices of liquid crystal display panels.
