Macy's E-Biz Signs Lease For San Francisco Tower

Law360, New York (March 2, 2012, 2:46 PM EST) -- The e-commerce operations for retail giant Macy's Inc. have inked a deal to move into seven floors of a prized San Francisco office space, which is undergoing an $87 million renovation, real estate service companies TMG Partners and Rockwood Capital announced Thursday.

Per a 15-year leasing agreement that starts in January 2014, Macy's will be taking over more than 242,573 square feet of space at 680 Folsom St., a Class A office building within the city's South of Market District, the joint venture said. A TMG...
