Dukes Doesn't Bar Class Cert. In Applebee's Worker Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2012, 4:49 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge upheld certification of a class of former Applebee's International Inc. franchisee workers Friday, finding that the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes did not apply to the class in question.
