Grubb & Ellis, Creditors Can't Agree On BGC Asset Sale

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 9:32 PM EST) -- The fate of bankrupt commercial real estate services company Grubb & Ellis Co.'s proposed sale to stalking horse bidder BGC Partners Inc. hung in the balance Tuesday as the would-be sale parties and unsecured creditors failed for the second day to see eye to eye.
