B&N Can’t Revive Microsoft Patent Misuse Claims In ITC

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 4:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday refused to review the dismissal of Barnes & Noble Inc.’s allegations that Microsoft Corp. overcharges for patent licenses in violation of antitrust laws, which had been the bookseller’s defense against Microsoft’s patent infringement claims.
