AK Steel Tells 6th Circ. Its Ex-Workers Gave Up Benefits

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 4:39 PM EST) -- AK Steel Holding Corp. urged the Sixth Circuit on Friday to overturn a $3 million award in favor of a class of laid-off workers in a suit over pension benefits, arguing the former employees had signed away their rights in severance agreements.
