Law360, San Diego (March 5, 2012, 11:04 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments Tuesday in a closely watched case challenging an award of attorneys’ fees to a fire protection consulting firm, which, if upheld, could make employees more reluctant to bring state claims over missed meal and rest breaks, according to employment experts.
