'Housewives' Creator Rips Sheridan's Off-Camera Conduct

Law360, Los Angeles (March 5, 2012, 4:36 PM EST) -- "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry took the stand Monday at the trial over actress Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination claims, telling a California jury that Sheridan's character was killed off the show in part because of her unprofessional behavior on set.

“It wasn't the primary reason for my decision [to kill off Britt], it was just something on my mind,” Cherry said, referring to Sheridan's professionalism.
