Texas Doc Denied Bail In Record Medicare Fraud Case

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 12:58 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge on Monday refused to set bail for the Texas physician charged with running the nation’s largest-ever Medicare fraud by billing the government for nearly $375 million in needless patient visits, deeming him a flight risk.
