UK Internet Service Providers Lose Piracy Law Appeal

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 9:04 PM EST) -- A U.K. appeals court on Tuesday rebuffed Internet service providers TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC and BT Group PLC's challenge to an anti-piracy law that puts obligations on ISPs to prevent illegal file-sharing, siding with music and entertainment industry groups.
