Nicollette Sheridan Worried About Retaliation, Jury Hears

Law360, Los Angeles (March 6, 2012, 6:56 PM EST) -- One of Nicollette Sheridan's business attorneys testified Tuesday that the actress was worried "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry would retaliate if she complained to ABC Studios executives that he had slapped her upside the head during filming of the show.
