Arthur Andersen Bids To Toss Claims In Qwest MDL

Law360, New York (August 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Arthur Andersen LLP, one of a slew of defendants in the multidistrict securities litigation brought by a group of pension funds in the wake of the $3 billion accounting scandal at Qwest Communications International Inc., has asked a federal court judge to dismiss claims brought by a putative class member in the case.
