Teri Hatcher Can't Duck Ex-Business Partner's Contract Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 6, 2012, 10:32 PM EST) -- A California judge Tuesday tentatively denied Teri Hatcher's request to throw out claims she fired a former business partner to cheat her out of a stake in the actress' production company, rejecting allegations the plaintiff destroyed evidence and used privileged documents.
