Warrick Fires Back Over Drug Pricing Damages

Law360, New York (August 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Warrick Pharmaceuticals Corp. has taken issue with a request that it pay more than $8 million to a class in the average wholesale price litigation, arguing that the plaintiffs have not followed a judge's orders regarding calculating damages.
