Goldman, Merrill Must Bare Evidence In ‘Naked’ Shorts Row

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 2:52 PM EST) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. cannot seal a slew of court records in a dismissed lawsuit alleging the firms conspired to short-sell shares of Inc., a California state judge ruled Tuesday.

The decision by San Francisco Superior Court Judge John E.
