Ex-NY State Sen. Bruno Won't Get $2M Legal Fees Yet

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 3:56 PM EST) -- Former New York state Sen. Joseph L. Bruno, accused of criminally exploiting his position, can't collect more than $2 million in legal fees because his reimbursement request was premature, the state attorney general's office said in a letter last week.
