Kroll Inc. Settles Tech Worker FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 7:47 PM EST) -- A Kroll Inc. unit has agreed to settle a collective action brought by systems engineers who claimed the global risk management company failed to pay overtime, according to court documents filed Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer issued an order closing the case after Kroll Ontrack Inc. and the engineers who brought the lawsuit in 2011 said they had reached a settlement agreement.

The agreement is confidential, the two sides said in a stipulation.
