Stahl RE Heirs Lose Sanity Card In Inheritance Fight

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 3:13 PM EST) -- The heirs to half of a New York real estate firm can't argue their father's business partner, who was once imprisoned for a murder-for-hire plot, was insane when he bequeathed his ownership stake to his son, a state court judge ruled Wednesday.
