Tussle Over Musicland's Liquidation Plan Continues

Law360 (August 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Musicland Holdings Corp.’s unsecured creditors on Monday joined a committee of trade vendors in objecting to Wachovia Bank NA’s bid to stop the approval of Musicland’s liquidation plan.
