Isiah Thomas Case Set For Trial

Law360, New York (August 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge shot down a plethora of summary judgment motions Monday in the sexual harassment suit against New York Knicks basketball coach Isiah Thomas, setting the stage for a trial with all claims of the case intact.
