Coca-Cola Says Making Workers Do Math No Labor Violation

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. unit on Monday asked a California federal court to toss a putative class action accusing the company of inaccurately itemizing pay stubs, arguing that requiring employees to do “simple math” doesn't constitute an injury under labor laws.
