Bid To Discredit Arbiter In $100M Tribeca Real Estate Case Flops

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday declined to take another look at an arbitration agreement the court had confirmed in a suit over costly delays on the 63-unit Tribeca Summit, saying the property owner's allegations that the arbiter had kept secret his relationships with attorneys involved were too flimsy.
