FedEx Ground Resists Certain Discovery Bids

Law360 (August 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- FedEx Ground Package System Inc. has agreed to hand over most of the information about its business operations and California employees that has been requested by a plaintiff in a putative wage-and-hour class action against it, but refused to budge on a few key discovery disputes.
