Judge Won't Halt Dyncorp's Colombian Anti-Narcotics Contract

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Contracting, Consulting, Engineering LLC failed in its bid to undo DynCorp International Inc.'s contract with the U.S. Department of State for assistance to a Colombian police anti-drug program, according to a U.S. Court of Federal Claims opinion published Monday.

U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Christine Odell Cook Miller issued the opinion denying CCE's motion for a permanent injunction on Feb. 24, but it was not made public immediately so it could be redacted.
