Injured CalPERS Members Say They’re Stiffed On Benefits

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The California Public Employees’ Retirement System was hit Monday with a class action by state employees injured performing hazardous jobs who claim the retirement system has improperly denied them benefits in addition to their disability retirement payments.
