Chevron Says Patton Boggs Is Dodging NY Judge In $21M Suit

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 4:13 PM EDT) -- Chevron Corp. asked a New Jersey federal judge Tuesday to transfer Patton Boggs LLP's suit over a $21.8 million bond Chevron posted for a since-overturned injunction blocking an $18 billion Ecuadorean environmental judgment to the New York federal court — and judge — that issued the injunction.
