Judge Orders MBIA's CFO, CEO Deposed In Aurelius Suit

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday ordered MBIA Inc. to produce its CFO and CEO for deposition in Aurelius Capital Master Ltd.'s suit claiming the bond insurer fraudulently pulled $5.4 billion out of its insurance unit before its 2009 restructuring, assuring the depositions will not interfere with MBIA's preparation for a separate trial.
