Texas Supreme Court Takes Up Inverse Condemnation Case

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear an inverse condemnation case between the city of San Antonio and a property company seeking compensation for a storm water project it says would devastate its land in the event of a major flood.
