Contractor, US To Address 1st Impression Issues In $50M Row

Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has called on Communications Construction Services Inc. and the U.S. to file supplemental briefs addressing procedural issues of first impression in their dispute over a $50 million contract for the U.S. Army, according to an order unsealed Tuesday.

U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams said both sides need to address questions of civil procedure and gave both sides until March 30 to explain whether the court should use the procedural vehicle of summary judgment or administrative record in reviewing...
