NYC, Rudin Reach Deal On Greenwich Village Mixed-Use Project

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Two years after New York's St. Vincent Hospital closed its doors, a local developer and city officials finally struck a deal for a mixed-used development on the hospital site that will include a health care facility, the New York City Council said Wednesday.

City Councilwoman Christine Quinn said the project, developed by Rudin Management Co. Inc., will include 350 luxury condominiums instead of the 450 sought by Rudin.
