CVS Caremark Says No Wrongdoing Alleged In FCA Suit

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 2:36 PM EDT) -- CVS Caremark Corp. on Wednesday urged a judge to end a long-running employee whistleblower suit claiming one of its units defrauded government insurance programs by not reimbursing expenses that should have been covered by private insurers, saying the plaintiffs haven’t alleged the company made any false statements.
