Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A Dutch court on Wednesday denied Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s bid to ban iPad and iPhone sales over alleged infringement of Samsung's 3G technology, ruling that Apple Inc.'s openness to licensing its rival's patents makes an injunction unwarranted.
