Judge Calms Discovery Quibbles In E&Y Suit

Law360 (August 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge in the wage-and-hour proposed class action that accuses Big Four auditor Ernst & Young of misclassifying employees and not paying them overtime has struck a compromise between both parties' demands in their escalating spat over discovery requests.
