Patent Office Prevails In Pay Dispute With Union

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 6:26 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday ruled that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office did not committ an unfair labor practice when it failed to request a pay increase for patent examiners as called for under an agreement with the examiners' union, reversing a federal agency's finding.
