Law360, San Diego (March 16, 2012, 11:07 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to weigh in on a class action dispute over whether a state law barring merchants from collecting personal information from consumers in connection with credit card purchases applies to online retailers.
