Texas Court Orders Circuit City To Stop Using RadioShack Brand In Canada

Law360 (March 26, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a summary judgment for U.S. electronics retailer RadioShack, a Texas federal court has ordered Circuit City Stores Inc. to stop using the RadioShack brand name on InterTan Inc. stores it purchased in Canada last year.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas ruled that Circuit City can't use the name on store signage, packaging and advertising after June.
