Grand Canyon Developer Must Take Claims To Tribal Court

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 6:53 PM EDT) -- An Arizona federal judge on Monday refused again to grant the developer of a glass walkway overlooking the Grand Canyon a restraining order against a local Native American tribe, saying the claims of improper seizure of the property must first be exhausted in tribal court.
