Clear Channel, AE Best Times Square Billboard Idea Suit

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge said Tuesday that there wasn't enough evidence to show that a Clear Channel Communications Inc. affiliate tipped off American Eagle Outfitters Inc. about an idea for a "15 Seconds of Fame" billboard in Times Square, and dismissed the case.
