Hawking President Referred To Prosecutors In IP Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2012, 10:35 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday referred to prosecutors claims that the president of electronics maker Hawking Technologies Inc. ordered two employees to perjure themselves while defending against Sipco LLC's patent infringement suit targeting Hawking, Amazon.com Inc. and other wireless systems makers.
