Wal-Mart Says Latest Dukes Class Claims Are Time-Barred

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. on Wednesday told a California federal court that the remaining class claims in the once-massive Dukes gender discrimination suit against it are time-barred, saying only individual claims can proceed.
