AMR Considers Scrapping Labor Deals Amid Stalled Talks

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 3:40 PM EDT) -- AMR Corp. will seek to cancel its collective bargaining agreements with unions within the next week unless something substantial happens in negotiations, an attorney for the bankrupt American Airlines Inc. parent told a New York bankruptcy judge Thursday.
