1st Circ. Shreds Plagiarism Suit Over 'Angels And Demons'

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Thursday supported a Massachusetts district judge's dismissal of a suit claiming Dan Brown lifted passages from a rival religious thriller for his best-selling "Angels and Demons," saying no reasonable jury could find the books substantially alike.
