Movie Investor Ducks $190M Suit Claiming He Ripped Aramid

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 8:30 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Thursday tossed Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd.'s $190 million suit accusing movie investor David Bergstein, who has produced films including “Bordertown,” and others of spreading lies to Aramid shareholders in an effort to buy it on the cheap.
