Judge Dismisses $10M HP Breach Of Contract Suit

Law360, Washington (March 23, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Friday threw out distributor FedServ LLC's $10 million breach of contract suit against Hewlett-Packard Co. over a terminated partnership to sell products to the U.S. military, saying that according to the agreement language, the case was brought in the wrong court.
